Come as you are.
A church that stands firmly on the Bible and is not tied to any particular style. Over the years we have welcomed people from many countries. After the service, everyone brings a packed lunch and we eat together.

Everyone brings their own packed lunch and we eat together. It is a lively, enjoyable hour.
Walking into an unfamiliar place is the hardest part. Here is what we would like you to know beforehand.
This church is not tied to a particular style. Everyday clothes are fine. Nothing needs to be prepared.
Everyone is welcome. You don't need to own a Bible — the Bible passages and the song lyrics are all shown on the screen during the service.
This church has welcomed people from many countries over the years. The service itself is held in Japanese, but members who speak English and Korean will be there to talk with you, show you around and answer your questions. If you are looking for an English-friendly church in the Fukuoka area, you are very welcome here.
Just come at ten on a Sunday. A message beforehand is appreciated, but not required. Coming on your own is completely fine.
We have our own car park. Just drive in. If you are not sure where to park, ask any member nearby.
The lunch after the service is optional. Decide on the day, however you feel.
There is no fee. An offering is taken during the service; giving is entirely voluntary.
We take questions by Instagram message (DM), in Japanese, English or Korean.
Cornerstone Chapel began as a church plant in 2002. The building was dedicated the following year, in 2003, and we have been here since.
We stand firmly on the Bible while not being tied to any particular style, and over the years we have welcomed people from many countries. After the service each Sunday, everyone brings a packed lunch and we share the meal together. It is a homely church.
We are in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture — in the countryside south of Kurume, about an hour from Fukuoka City. Our building is right beside the Yame Rinpokan community hall.
Our worship music and messages are out there in several places. Have a listen before you ever set foot in the building.
